Warm Greetings! Sir CV Raman Journal Club is privilege to share the report of the Research Event on ‘Importance of Prior Art Search and IPR’ by Dr. Ishrat Meera Mirzana. About 60 staff members from various faculties such as Faculty of Physiotherapy, Faculty of Nursing, Faculty of Pharmacy, Faculty of Allied Health sciences participated in the session.
The Research gathering was given a gracious welcome by Dr.R. Rajeswari, Asso. Prof, Dept. of Computer Science followed by the glimpse Prof. Radhika introduced the resource person of the event.
The session was informative on introduction of patents, copyrights, industrial designs, etc and steps to be carried on applications and approval of Provisional and Non Provisional patents. It had an insight on inculcating the Patent Research with or without grants. The session came to an end with the vote of thanks proposed by Ms.Yuvarani and the research gathering was successfully coordinated by Dr.Kavitha, Deputy Dean, Journals and Publications.
