The Faculty of Education is delighted to share the report of Guest Lecture on “Artificial Intelligence in Schools – Future Ready Classrooms: The AI Revolution in Schools” was successfully organized through a virtual platform on 13/11/2025 by the Faculty of Education, Dr. M.G.R. Educational and Research Institute, Chennai.
The highlight of the event was the insightful lecture delivered by Dr. Vinay M, Assistant Professor, Department of Computer Science, CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Bengaluru. He is a Google Certified Trainer and Microsoft Faculty Fellow, shared his vast expertise on Artificial Intelligence, Educational Technology, and ICT-based innovations. His presentation shed light on the integration of AI tools in education, emphasizing personalized learning, ethical technology use, and future-ready classroom practices. This event aimed to enhance understanding of the transformative potential of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education, aligning with the university’s vision of promoting technological innovation and digital literacy in the teaching-learning process.
Participants gained valuable insights into how AI can revolutionize educational methodologies and empower both teachers and learners to embrace a smarter, more adaptive learning environment. The lecture was both inspirational and thought-provoking, encouraging educators to view AI not as a replacement but as a tool to amplify human creativity and potential.
