We have colossal delight and euphoric in sharing successful report of one day INTERNATIONAL LEVEL WEBINAR organized by the Department of HRM along with Yung Minds on the topic Managing Global Work Force . The event instigated with a warm welcome address by Dr.R.Jayam, HoD / HRM , the chief guest for the day Dr.SUPRIYA SHARMA EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR BRAINGLOW ITALY .

Our resource person ensured to deliver an enriching and an illuminating session. She further illustrated about Managing Global Work Force.she expound that Global work force engages the business in multi-dimensional aspects and serve as a baseline to establish a well connected, powerful, universal front. She explained challenges, language barriers, cultural differences, legal compliance, work flow in global work force.
