We have prodigious fulfilment and gratification in sharing the success report of our Third day Faculty Development Program in Association with Academic Staff College organized by the Department of HRM on the topic EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT . The event initiated with a warm welcome address by Dr.R.Jayam, HoD / HRM , the chief guest for the day Dr.T.MUTHU PANDIAN.
Ms. M.AMUDHA, AP/HRM performed the beautiful task of mastering the event. Followed by the chief guest introduction by Ms.N.RAMYA AP/HRM
Our resource person ensured to deliver an enriching and an enlightening session. He further delineated about employee engagement . He helped to understand that employee engagement is the strength of the mental and emotional connection employees feel toward the work they do, their teams, and their organization and he elucidate that employee who feel connected to their organization work harder, stay longer, and motivate others to do same.
We are also extremely delighted to receive excellent feedback from our registrants.
