We have ginormous honorability and bliss in sharing the success report of our second day of Faculty Development Program in Association with Academic Staff College organized by the Department of HRM on the topic BUILDING STRONG COMPANY CULTURE . The event initiated with a warm welcome address by Dr.R.Jayam, HoD / HRM , the chief guest for the day Prof.MOHAN CHERIAN.

Our resource person ensured to deliver an enriching and an illuminating session. He further elucidated about building strong company culture. He helped to understand that culture cannot be bought, it can only be built. We can change culture if we change behaviour and he expound some recent trends in culture.
