FoMS conducted a Institutional Social Responsibility on“ The Role of Self Defence – Prevention of Violence Against Women ” in Government High School, Vanagaram. by Ms. V. Anitha, 4th DAN Black Belt, National Coach, Alan Thilak karate school shito-ryu (International). Her talk mainly focused on how to defend ourselves when we are physically attacked. Also, she taught
a
few basic techniques that would help them to escape from untoward situations. Students were actively engaged with the speaker to learn more about it. Overall the session was highly useful.
