With immense pleasure we would like to share the report of the Induction Programme & Alumni Conclave of The literary Seminary: A Professional society held on 22nd February 2023 at the Ramanujam Block Auditorium Main Campus with a dual mode. The session was hosted by Ms.Blessy, II MA student. The program started with the Invocation, Tamil Thai Vazthu. The gatherings were extended a convivial welcome by Dr. Mary Thomas, Professor & Dean, Department of English followed by the introductory note about the guest of the day by Dr.V.Anuradha ,Associate Professor & Dean Admissions . Inspiring and refreshing thoughts connecting literature as inaugural address delivered by Dr.G. Gopalakrishnan, Provost was mind throbbing. Dr.V.Karpagavadivu, Associate Professor, Deputy Head, Department of English introduced Dr.L.Ramesh Joint Register, EPA for the Felicitation Address. The address by him created an impact among students to contribute more through this professional society. After the induction programme ‘The Alumni Conclave’ session was hosted by the Convenor followed by Ms.Magdeline Percy, Assist. prof.,Dept.of English. The very first alumnus to join online Mr.Shanfaz , Business Development, Manager-NSE Talent Sprint Pvt Ltd and the second one was Mr.Sayen Sen, Business Development, Manager- Superset, Bangalore, the third person to join offline was Mr. Anil Verma, SSA, Movate technologies and the final one to join the session online was Ms. Shobana Shruthi Mohan , Content Writer, Zoho Corporation was fully informative in bringing out the club’s quality output and dedication. The Alumni’s, motivated the students to get associated and do innovative projects through the club. Finally the program came to an end with the National Anthem.
