Warm Greetings! Faculty of Education is happy to share the report of the International Webinar on ‘Effective Mentoring towards Building Future Resilience’ by Mr. Raveenthiran Vivekanantharasa, Lecturer, Department of Secondary and Tertiary Education, Faculty of Education, The Open University of Sri Lanka, Sri Lanka on 23.03.2022. The august gathering was given a gracious welcome by Ms.J.Vigneshwari followed by the glimpse about our university briefed by Ms. L.Maria Suganthi.Dr.Radhika, Addl.Registrar, Faculty of Architecture appreciated and motivated through the special address. Dr. P. Senthamizh Pavai introduced the resource person of the session. The session was informative on the areas of logical analysis and empathising by respecting and recognising others feelings. It had an insight on inculcating the values and dealing with emotions and talents towards future resilience of conceptual era. The session came to an end with the vote of thanks proposed by Dr.V.Anuradha.
