The literary Seminary conducted the expert talk on Research and Publication: The Necessity on Academic Community on 10th October 2022 at 2 p.m. in the Seminar Hall of The Anna Block, Main Campus. The program started with the Tamil Thai hymn. The Welcome Address was given by Dr. A. Anitha Professor and Head, Department of English. Dean and Convener Dr. M. Chandrasena Rajeswaran gave the introductory address. Ms. Mary Jefrin B of II B. A. English introduced the Chief guest. The Chief guest Dr. S. Armstrong Professor and Head, Department of English, University of Madras, Chennai gave the lecture. The Chief guest was then felicitated by Dr. Geethalakshmi, Vice Chancellor. Ms. Sivasri of II B. A. English gave the vote of the thanks. The program was anchored by Ms. Blessy R I of II M. A. English. The program concluded smoothly with the National Anthem. The entire event was organized by Ms. Magdelene Percy, Asst professor, Department of English, along with Student convener, Ms. Blessy R of II M.A English and Co-convener, Mr. Sachin Raj of III B.A English. We thank our Hon.President, Vice Chancellor and Registrar for their guidance and support to organise the function with the least notice.
