Expert talk on “Conventional Concrete Construction” by the Faculty of Architecture

Professor and Architect Gregory Brown from Faculty of Architecture, Dr. MGR Educational and Research Institute, to give a brief presentation on Conventional concrete construction that are being followed in the modern construction technology. He has been practicing in the construction industry for the past forty years in various projects ranging from residential bungalows to industries. The event focused upon the conventional techniques used in today’s construction. Concept of precast construction and post tension slabs were briefed along with method of casting and concrete mixes used.
