FoMS conducted a subject lecture on the topic of ” HR ANALYTICS ” by Dr M.Radhikaashree the Professor and Deputy HOD, Faculty of management studies. She clearly explained about the concepts of HR Analytics and HR basics like selection and recruitment, performance Management, Learning and Development, compensation and Benefits etc., Each and every students were curious and very much linterested in knowing more about these topics, it will be useful for them in future.
