MGR Educational and Research Institute organized a guest lecture on ” Experience the Reality in Food Safety ” on 7th September 2022, 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM . The keynote speaker was Mr. K . Siraj. The speaker created awareness regarding the various trouble shooters in food safety and Quality Management systems(such as HACCP , ISO , BRC)to be followed in food industries. The real-time experiences that he gave during the talk was very beneficial to students to understand the applications of the quality management systems.
