The Faculty of Law organised a special lecture on ” Managing Expectations in Employer- Employee Engagement & Emerging Trends in the Legal Profession ” on 26th August 2022 between 11.30 am and 1 pm at the Phase II campus conference hall. The Speaker of the session was Manikantan O S FCMA CGMA MBA LL. B who’s working as a Vice President of a US based FinTech Company. The session gave a broad view on managing expectations of management-employee, advocates-clients etc., in their professional relationship, and how to tackle it for a better and sustainable development in their professional engagement. The speaker further covered the plethora of opportunities for the law graduates in different array of legal profession.
The session was initiated by Ms. Anitha OS and Ms. Sirisha K, faculties of the Department of Law. The students and members of the Faculty of Law vigorously participated, engaged, and interacted in the session in such a manner which literally was beneficial for the students in all respect.
