Today the chemistry students visited the organic lab at 9 Am to perform HPLC. They have weighed 2mg of the sample which was dissolved with methanol and placed the sample in the holder. Mobile phase was solvent, water and acetonitrile. Today they performed the HPLC by changing the time and Concentration. They noted the readings, saved them and returned to hostel at 5.30pm
