Technology talk on Challenges and Opportunities for Adoption of E-Vehicles

The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering in Association with IEEE MGR Student Chapter conducted ” Technology talk on Challenges and Opportunities for Adoption of E-Vehicles ” for third year EEE Students on 11th August 2022. The Speaker of the session was Mr. Kasthurirangan,Manager Sales, E-Way Electric,Vanagaram. The lecture was held in offline at Anna block room no: 112 with 46 students and all faculty members participated. The session commenced at 11.00 AM. The programme was hosted by Ms.Sneha of 4th year EIE. The Welcome Address was given by Mr. Tanveer Akhtar of 3rd year EEE. The Vote of thanks was given by Mohammad Irfan of 3rd year EEE. The speaker elaborated about the E- Vehicles in live session. The session was interactive and students learned about Automobile industry, Refugee system, Lithium Ion battery. The session concluded with a Q & A session. The session was very interactive and informative for the students. At the outset, we like to thank our HoD Dr. S. Bhuvaneswari, for her guidance, Organizing secretary Dr. F. Fareeza, Event coordinator Mrs B. R. Sankari, Faculty members & Students for their active participation. Also, we would like to thank our Honourable President for the support and encouragement and thank our Vice Chancellor, Pro vice Chancellor, Registrar & Additional Registrar for the support and motivation to conduct the event.
