The Department of Financial Planning organized 3 days online FDP from 9th-11th May, 2022
The first day of the FDP was inaugrated by esteemed guests. The welcome address was delivered by the Head-FP Dr. J Sridevi followed by the inaugural address by our Rector, Dr.D. Viswanathan and the keynote address by Dr. Malini Pande, Additional Registrar- Strategic Planning and Development. The guest speaker for the first day was Dr. R B Ayeswarya, Asst. Professor, Stella Maris College. The speaker delivered a very informative session on recent practices in research and ethics. The session was concluded with vote of thanks.
The second day’s session was started with the welcome address by Dr. J Sridevi – Head FP followed by the special address by Dr. V.Cyril Raj Additional Registrar. The guest speaker, Dr. Nanindla Srividhya gave an interesting session. She discussed on the topic- Evolution of teaching pedagogy since Covid 19.
She mentioned all the challenges the world faced and how it forced us to make the best use of the technological resources in teaching and evaluation.
The final day of the 3 days online FDP session was welcomed by the HOD – FP, Dr. J Sridevi. The speaker for the session Dr. A. N. Solaiappan was welcomed. The speaker delivered a lecture on the process of academic research. He gave clear cut steps to be followed in the research process. Around 300 partcipants were participated from all colleges. We thank our Honorable President for this wonderful opportunity.
