FOMS organised “HR Conclave” on “Enhancing HR traits for freshers” on 20th April 2022.
The event was an magnificient success where the eminent HR speakers express their diplomatic and thoughtful speech where our students obtain good experiences and knowledge about the new trends in HR domain. The discussed concepts are the employee recruitment, enlistment, Industrial Relations, the way to attend and manage the interviews etc. This HR panel discussion has brought a set of new challenges to our students.
The conclave was an grant success and seems to be very beneficial for our students.
