The Department of Chemistry is delighted to report about the ISR event on Science Awareness program conducted today at two Govt Higher Secondary schools.
The Deans Academic and Administration of Phase 2 campus gave valediction during the start off from the campus.
20 students from Bsc & Msc Chemistry along with Teaching staffs Dr.Ramapriya & Dr.Deepa conducted the event first at Maduravoyal GHSS in the FN and secondly at SKDJ School, Thiruverkadu in the AN.
The event is commenced with welcome address by the Headmistress /Headmaster at the school/s. A Momento as a token of gratitude on behalf of our University was presented to the HM. This was followed by a video highlight of Department & our University.
Our students beautifully demonstrated and explained the chemical reactions in a colourful Magic way. On spot quiz was conducted to the school students and the winners were appreciated with a gift. The students of the school gave a positive encouraging feedback about the show which was very valuable to our Students. The Students to Students program was very interactive, lively and joyful.
Our sincere heartfelt thanks to our Chairman & President for giving their approval to our students to show case their talents. Sincere gratitude to all delegates on and off the campus.
