Report on World Health Day

Thai Moogambigai Dental College and Hospital, Department of Public Health Dentistry , Dr.M.G.R Educational and Research Institute, Chennai, under the benevolence of our Honorable President Er ACS Arun Kumar sir and our Honorable Secretary sir Thiru A. Ravi Kumar sir and Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. S. Geethalakshmi, mam , organized an Online CDE Program on the occasion of ” World Health Day “on 7th April 2022 (Thursday) through Google meet from 12:00pm Onwards. About 125 participant’s including dental students, faculties and non-dental professionals registered and participated actively. The speaker of the day Dr. T.S. Subashini, Department of Pharmacology, SRM Dental College and Hospital, Ramapuram gave a brief insight on various aspects of health and elaborated the need and importance of association between the environment and health from medical and dental perspective based on the current year (2022) WHO theme ” Our Planet, Our Health “. The lecture was followed by open discussion and Q & A session. E-certificate was presented to the speaker preceded by Vote of thanks.
