THE DEPARTMENT OF COMPUTER SCIENCE AND ENGINEERING organized a “TECHNOLOGY TALK ON INDUSTRY CONNECT” on 23rd February, Wednesday, from 10:00AM to 1:00PM at University Seminar Hall, Main Campus.
The anchor Mr.Nithin Kumar, 3rd year B.Tech CSE began the event by welcoming everyone present. Dr.V.Cyril Raj, Additional Registrar addressed the gathering.
Ms.Denika.S, 3rd year B.Tech CSE. introduced the speaker of the day Mr.Shibu Thomas, Engagement Delivery Partner, KSA Cognizant.
He is an Alumini of CSE (1991 to 1994) Batch.
Mr.Shibu Thomas presented a very informative session about the importance of goals setting, life lessons that has to be implemented. He shared his work experience, career development techniques and strategies. With the help of Visual teaching he furnished a brief information about the various sectors, domains and industries in which we can work on.
The students found it very useful.
The event ended with vote of thanks by Dr.S.Geetha,HoD of CSE Dept.
