The Faculty of Engineering and Technology (E&T) Phase I in conjugation with the Department of Biotechnology, Dr. M.G.R. Educational and Research Institute jointly organised an Alumni Interaction series which comprised of a webinar which elucidated on the topic “ Scopes in Journal Publication” on 04.02.2022.
The key speaker of this session was Ms. Sunanda Jayakumar, Production Administrator, Straive SPS – Chennai. She also happens to be the Alumnus (Batch 2019) of the department of Biotechnology.
In brief, the key speaker revolved around the context of the chain of events that are associated in order to publish a paper in a Journal. Also, she shared about the varied experiences of her college life and how enriching it was in shaping her into a profound person today!
We acknowledge Mrs. Shanmugapriya (Association Convenor) and Mrs. Deepa Lakshmi (Organizing Secretary) for their meticulous efforts in organising this event. Besides, special thanks to Dr. Rajeshwari, HOD IBT and the Office bearers for their timely co-operation.
The event was inundated with the our ever inquisitive students and staffs with substantially accelerated appetite for knowledge.
