Two Student Teams from Dr. MGR Educational and Research Institute Selected for Grant Support with Incubation Linkage

We are happy to share that two student teams from MGR have been selected in NIC 2020 (National Innovation Contest), organized by the Ministry of Education, GoI. Both the projects were initially funded by Dr MGR NewGen IEDC Dr Sabariswaran and Dinesh are from the Faculty of physiotherapy and Er Logeswaran and team are from Dept of Mechanical engineering. They have been sanctioned a grant of Rs 8,75,000 and Rs 7,00,000 respectively. We thank our Honourable President Er. A.C.S Arun Kumar sir for constant motivation and encouragement at all times 🙏. We request, Heads of Dept to continue to motivate students to participate in Hackathon competition and ensure that their Dept IIC coordinators attend and participate in IIC meetings. Department Heads to kindly share the recognition of the alumni with current students to encourage their participation in hackathons.
