Faculty Development Program on “National Education Policy 2020”

On 9th November 2021 FoMS Organized an Faculty Development Program on “National Education Policy 2020” by two great speakers Dr.K.Maran .M.com,B.Ed, Ph.D, Professor & Director, Co-Ordinator-Education cell, Sri Sai Ram Institute of Management Studies, Sri Sai Ram Engineering College and Dr.Sumanta Dutta , MBA, M.Phil, Ph.D, Professor, Post Graduate Research Department of Commerce, St.Xavier’s College (Autonomous), Kolkata, university of Calcutta. Speakers discussed about the teaching-learning methods involving eight steps. They also mentioned the role of teachers in the effective implementation of NEP-2020 and it’s challenges. They shared their wisdom about how the teachers should equip with the tools to adapt to the rapidly changing scenarios in higher education. Overall, the session was very informative and useful for faculties. We thank to our Honourable President Sir for giving this wonderful opportunity to conduct FDP program.
