The department of HRM is delighted in sharing the sucess report 10/11/2021 of Day 2 Orientation Programme for the First year students of Phase – II campus on the topic ENTREPRENEURSHIP & STARTUP. The event commenced with a warm welcome address by Dr.R.Jayam, HoD, the chief guest for the day Mr. J. Anandharaj, Career Strategist /IIC Innovation Ambassador, Sri Venkateshwaraa College of Engg & Tech, Puducherry.
The session was highly informative and an enriching one for those who have a dream of becoming an entrepreneur. Mr. Anandharaj has explained on the fundamentals and significance of Entrepreneurship with some lively examples for better understanding of the students. Our college motto itself an excellent motivation for the students that be a Job Creators and not Job Seekers. He also encouraged and motivated the students to create there own ventures. Finally the formal vote of thanks was delivered by Ms. Nivedha Rajid, AP/ HRM.
