The Department of Biotechnology is thrilled to thank everyone who made “Culture of Life: A Biotech Celebration” a resounding success on April 30, 2025, at the University Auditorium.

The celebration kicked off with energy and elegance as our charismatic host, Ms. Padmapriya (3rd Year, B.Tech Biotechnology), lit up the stage with her charm and anchored the event with confidence, enthusiasm, and a spark of biotech brilliance!

This one-of-a-kind cultural fest brought together the creativity of our students with the spirit of science, proving once again that biotechnology is not just a discipline — it’s a celebration of life, culture, and expression!

Musical Highlights of the Day:

  1. Duet Singing
    Performers: Akshaya (B.Sc Biotechnology – 2nd Year) & Padmapriya (B.Tech Biotechnology – 3rd Year)
    A soulful start! Their voices blended like base pairs in harmony, setting the tone for an evening of melodic magic.
  2. Group Singing
    Performers: Shakthi Sri Sahithya, Sreepooja Parthasarathy, B. Rishikeshwaran, A. Preethi, Usha Shree
    An ensemble of energy! This power-packed group delivered a lively, heartfelt performance that had the audience clapping along with joy.
  3. Duet Singing
    Performers: Sreepooja Parthasarathy & B. Rishikeshwaran
    Dynamic and delightful! With perfect chemistry and charming stage presence, their duet struck every note with emotion and elegance.
  4. Solo Singing
    Performer: Shakthi Sri Sahithya
    A voice that moved hearts! Her solo performance was a showstopper—pure, powerful, and poetic, ending the show on a high note.
