Industry Institute Planning Cell collaborated with BOSCH INDIA FOUNDATION and as part of CSR initiative of BOSCH, Caregiver support training program was conducted for final year B.Sc. Nursing students from September to November 2024.
The BRIDGE kit (Bosch’s Response to India’s Development and Growth through Employ ability Enhancement) given by BOSCH contained training modules, white Apron was distributed to 25 students on the day of Inauguration. The Training Methodology is mostly activity based focusing on interaction and group discussions, Role plays, games, simple examples and demonstrations. The topic covered during the Program are Interview skills, Self-Presentation, Government Schemes, On Job Training, Communication, Spoken English, Digital Literacy, Financial literacy, Decision making, Time management, Customer services, Team Building, Problem Solving and Leadership.The students were asked to complete the exercise given in the module during the training program.
