The faculty of law has organised the 73rd of 75 special Lecture series on “Overview of Maritime Laws” on 2nd August 2024, from 12:00 am to 01:50 pm at the Phase 2 campus, DR.MGRERI. The Chief speaker of the day was Mr. S.Abraham, Assistant Professor, Hindustan School of law. The speaker discussed about facilitating international trade, ensuring the availability of essential goods, and connecting nations across the world. The speaker also discussed the regulations on shipping, navigation, and marine commerce, addressing matters such as safety standards, cargo transportation contracts, collision liability, salvage operations, and environmental protection. The session was organised by Ms. Ranjitha. The event was Convened by Mrs AR. Vijayalakshmi and Mrs. Shalini. Sincere thanks to our Director Prof. Dr .N.
