Technical talk in Advanced Mathematics titled “Convergence and Divergence series”

We are happy to share the report of the Technical talk in Advanced Mathematics titled “Convergence and Divergence series” conducted by the Department of Mathematics held on 8/2/2024 through online mode. The Event started at 2 p.m. with welcome address given by the Head of the Department, Dr. T. Johnson. The Introduction of the Guest Speaker Dr. A. Anthony Eldred, Associate Professor, Dept. of Mathematics, St. Joseph college, Trichy, was given by Ms.Priyadharshini, Research scholar Dept. of Mathematics. In his lecture, he explained about convergence of various types of Sequence and series with examples and also its applications in the real world problems. The lecture was very interesting and gave a deep insight into the subject. At the end of the talk, the questions raised by the participants were answered by the speaker.
