Enlightening Talk on the Intricate relationship between oral and general healt

In celebration of World Oral Health Day, the Department of Periodontology at Thai Moogambigai Dental College and Hospital hosted a guest lecture by Dr. J. Parvathee, our alumni and CEO of Karthikeya Eye and Dental Hospital in Kancheepuram. Dr. Parvathee delivered an enlightening talk on the Intricate relationship between oral and general health . Additionally, various events were organized for students over a span of 2-3 days to mark the occasion. The events were Gum Safari(Treasure hunt), Gum Genius(Quiz competition), Gum Giggles(memes in Dentistry), Gum vision(Reels in Dentistry). The winners of these events were honored by our Principal incharge, Dr. Ramachandra Prabhakar, Dr. Ponsekhar Abraham Dean Academic Staff College, Head of the Department of Prosthodontics, Dr. Uma Sudhakar Vice Principal and Head of the Department of Periodontology and the dedicated staff of the Department of Periodontology.
