“Trees are poems that the earth writes upon the sky”
Every man needs the oxygen for their life, & the trees are the elixir of life. A tree plantation drive was organised by NSS unit & First Year (E&T) on the ocassion of World Earth Day celebrations organised on 25/4/23. Aligning with the theme “ Invest in our planet” tree plantation was held at Sivankoil, Vanagaram from 10.30 am to 11.45 am. By planting trees & plants we are germinating seeds in the young minds to foster a climax ecosystem which is free of green house gases. Saplings of tulsi, neem, hibiscus were planted in the periphery of the temple. NSS Volunteers of First Year E&T urged to plant as many trees to create a healthy environment to minimize the climatic changes. The team witnessed a glorious moment which gave inner peace by joining hands for a global cause. We thank our Hon.President for his relentless support and guidance rendered for all our activities.
