Department of Cost and Management Accounting (CMA), Dr. MGR Educational and Research Institute organized a Subject Lecture on “STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT”. The session started with the Speaker Mrs.P.Geetha, Assistant Professor, Department of Commerce explained about Strategy planning, benefits and characteristics of strategic management, red ocean and blue ocean strategy, vision and mission of strategy. Around 35 students were participated and the speaker delivered SWOT analysis, corporate strength, weakness and strategic planning cycle. Our heartfelt gratitude to our Honorable President for granted permission to organize this event. We extend our heartfelt thanks to all the officials of our university for continuous support rendered throughout our endeavor. We thank our faculty members for their coordination to complete the event successfully.
