The Research Mirchi C05 was conducted by sir CV Raman journal club on the 15th November 2022@ seminar hall Anna Block. Our Vice Chancellor Dr.S.GeethaLakshmi mam enlightened the researchers with her perspective on Publications. Provost Dr.G.Gopalakrishnan sir emphasized about the interdisciplinary research to strengthen the research of our university.Dr.D.Viswanathan, Rector (R&D) has given valuable information regarding publications.
The event begun with the addressing of the crowd by Dr. L. Ramesh Joint Registrar EPA followed by a brief outline of the event by Dr. E. Kavitha, Deputy Dean (J&P).The Panel of speakers were Dr.N.Ethiraj – Dean E&T, Dr.Kanya – Hod-It, Dr.S.Geetha- Hod-Cse, Dr.Gomathi – Biotech,Dr.K.S.Nagaraj – H&S, Dr.Madhan Jeyaraman – Medical, Dr.Nirmal F Betty – Dental, Dr.Jeyachitra – Chemical, Dr.Sridevi Sangeetha –AHS. and introduced by Dr. Dhalia Sam Assistant Professor from the IT department.
An Intel on various aspects of the topic like plagiarism, collaboration for publication with other countries, software for plagiarism were discussed. The session was concluded by discussion and doubts by the audience. The event was concluded emphasizing that all faculty members to have a Research Gate profile. Followed by a vote of thanks delivered by Dr.Yuvarani Associate Professor faculty of physiotherapy.
