Greetings Department of Placement and Training organized a National HR Conclave on “Panel Decoding the future of HR New age workforce ” on 12/11/2022 from 3.30 pm to 8.00pm at Benzz park hotel. Out of 278 corporate fraternity registration 165 corporate professionals across the nation have participated in this event. Founder Chancellor Dr.A.C.Shanmugam lighted the lamp. Welcome address was delivered by Dr.C.Balakrishnan, Dean-Placement/IIPC. Vice Chancellor Dr.S.Geethalakshmi delivered the introductory address. Our Honorable president Er.A.C.S Arunkumar felicilated our panel members. The event witnessed MOU exchange with. 1. Casagrand Builders. 2. Disenosys Edtech. 3. Indian Institute of Industry Interaction Education & Research. HR Conclave consisted on 2 panel discussions. The session demystified in how covid-19 scrambled the entire work nature. The discussion was centered around 3 insights. 1. The eminent workplaces during covid-19. 2. Identify the opportunities to lead the work place.
