Webinar on Stress Management Managing Stress

Dr.M.G.R. Educational and Research Institute, Career Guidance Cell organized webinar on Stress Management: Managing Stress” on 16/8/2022 @ RA Block for students. The event started with welcome address & Dr.Malini pande – AD – P&D addressed the students. The guest speaker Dr. Saranya,HoD Mgmt studies of SIVET College shared ideas and tips to manage academic stress. The speaker shared her own experiences and also explained the impact of stress on human & how to overcome it. The session was very interactive and informative. There were around 80 participants attended the program. On behalf of the CGC we thank our Honorable President sir Er. A.C.S.Arun kumar for constantly encouraging us to do events..
