Department of Biotechnology’s Day – 7 Report

Report on 08.08.2022. Morning around 9.30 A. M. after finishing the breakfast laith Kumarr started his day in Animal Biotechnology lab by viewing the cell cultures in Microscope which he cultured yesterday to check whether the cultured cells does not have any contamination. Later he prepared DMEM culture media for sub culturing the cells.. Then he had learned how to Cryopreserve the cell culture at -81°C .After that he visited library to take some notes for research followed. by lunch in a cafeteria. Later evening returned back to hostel. The day ended with dinner in the cafeteria near his hostel..
