Greetings from the Department of Human Resource Management, Dr.M.G.R Educational and Research Institute is proud to share the success report 03/09/2021 of National level webinar on STRATEGIES FOR UP SKILLING YOUR WORK FORCE IN A CHANGING WORLD. The day session started at 2.30 pm through the stream yard. The event was commenced with a warm welcome address by Dr.R.Jayam, HOD, Department of HRM, followed by a spectacular felicitation address delivered by Dr. AR. Arunachalam, Dean (Academic) , Ms. N. Ramya, AP/ HRM has performed a wonderful job of hosting the entire event. Ms. J. Deepa, AP/ HRM introduced the chief guest to the participants. Mr. Ponnuswamy V.P, HR Professional, Trustee of Oorni Foundation.

Our resource person explained on how to replace old methods and thinking so your work force stays agile and further the Question and Answer session was handled by Ms. Nivedha Rajid, AP /HRM. We are also extremely delighted to receive excellent feedback from our registrants.On behalf of our institution, the appreciation certificate was presented to the resource person as a token of love and gratitude.
