It recognises that legal professionals play a pivotal role in shaping society and influencing the course of justice. By cultivating strong ethical foundations, this education aims to produce lawyers who prioritise justice, fairness, and the well-being of their clients and communities.
In a diverse and complex society like India, value-based legal education becomes even more crucial. It equips law students with the necessary skills to navigate ethical dilemmas, promote inclusivity, and address the multifaceted challenges facing the legal system. It fosters a sense of empathy, integrity, and social consciousness among future lawyers, thereby facilitating a more just and equitable society.”
