- E&T First Year takes privilege and pleasure to unwind and rewind the indelible Memoir of People’s President, Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam and his untold stories by organizing the speech contest. The contest outfolds its preliminary round on 25-4-2023. The young spell binders embarked on Dr. Kalam’s life lines and his achievements. The structured and the engaging essentials of the vocalizations were judged by a panel of jury members involving Prof. Dr. Gomathi, Addl. Hod/BT, Prof. Dahlia/IT, Prof Usha/CSE, Prof. Dr. Fareeza/EEE.
The rhetoricians owned the day by their extemporary speech on the Grand Finale of the Contest which was held on 8-6-2023 . The impulsive gestures, voice inflection of the contestants which ruled over untold stories of Dr. Kalam was adjudged by Er. APJMJ. Sheik Dawood, Grand Nephew of Dr. APJ. Abdul Kalam. He advocated the mantra – learn more; acquire knowledge to the students on his converse. The gathering emotionally folded in as APJMJ. Sheik Dawood stood as a manifestation of Dr. Kalam.
Having declared the opening of the grand finale by the chief guest, the hall roared the voice of young spellbinders that carried the mounds of anecdote and specifics of Dr. Kalam.
The pack of audience realized the essence of his humanitarian and compassionate qualities throughout his lifetime. The session evinced up the emotional stability of Kalam during his battling moments at DRDO and ISRO . His faith on young children to lead our country economically powerful was aroused in every spell.
Dr. Kalam’s adore towards playing veena , guitar and his poems were strikingly inspirational for the young people to engross in extracurricular activities.
The bounty of love and respect towards Dr. kalam greatly emoted in every charm of their words. Students and the organizers rejuvenated and revived their thoughts by hearing the untold stories of Dr. Kalam.
The mindful hearts at the event halted a moment to pay tributes to the legacy.
