The Faculty of Computer Applications proudly presents the Report of Two days National Level Conference on “E-Governance and Cloud Computing Services E’Gov-24” on 25th & 26th April 2024 at RA auditorium.
Day 1 The inauguration program started with Thamizh Thai vazhthu followed by dignitaries lit the Kuthu Vilaku. Dr.Viji Vinod, Head-FoCA Department welcomed the gathering.Inagural Address was delivered by our respected provost sir Dr.Gopalakrishnan. The Rector Dr.Viswanathan sir delivered a special address and felicitated the cheif guest.The special address was delivered by * Dr V.Cyril Raj*, Additional Joint Registrar (Admin) . Dr.Satyanarayana Director -H&S delivered special address and introduced the Chief Guest Dr.S.Arumugam – Vice Chancellor , Tamilnadu Open University and *Dr. M. Seenivasan
Director, CODE wing,Annamalai University* Ms.V.Saraladevi, Deputy-Hod*shared a note about the conference.
The Respected dignitaries released the conference proceedings.
Plenary Talk- I started with a speaker, Mr.Srinivasan Subbiah , Chief information officer, Kaar technologies,chennai. He presented on the topic Cloud and Emerging Technologies.
Plenary Talk II – Ms.Shahanaz , Technical trainer,Ethnotech Academic Solution, Bangalore. She presented on the topic Foundation of Cloud Computing.
Plenary Talk -III Dr.N.Ganesh, Associate Professor -Senior, School of Computer Science and Engineering, Vellore Institute of Technology, Chennai.
The Second day Plenary Talk -IV started by Dr.B.Ezhilavan, Founder & CEO VEI Technologies Pvt.Ltd.Speaker gave his valuable inputs with a fabulous presentation.Plenary Talk – V Second Speaker of the day *Dr.Vijayalakshmi, Head, Department of Data Science Dwaraka Doss Goverdhan Doss Vaishnav College, Chennai, delivered her presentation on E-Governance with Recent Trends. Valedictory program started with a welcome note from Dr.Viji Vinod,Head- FoCA .Dr.V.Cyril Raj- AR(Admin) ,Dr.Merlin Sathiyaraj JR – H&S, Dr.L.Ramesh -JR EPA delivered special address honoured Cheifguest S.Veerabhadran -Database Analyst (Alumni – 2009 Batch )with a Momento. Chief guest addressed the gathering with his wonderful speech and assured our students for their job and internship. Dr.N.Jayashri*, Assistant Professor shared the report of the two days conference and briefed the report and announced the prize winners for Best paper awards.
