Faculty of Humanities and Science, Department of English organised A Two Day Faculty Development Program on the topic “ Innovative Teaching Methods in English Literature” on 30th July 2024. Dr. A.Anitha , Head, Department of English warmly welcomed the gathering and Ms. Magdalene percy, Asst.Prof introduced the resource person. The speaker of the session was Dr.G. Immanuel, Assistant professor, Department of English, Saveetha College of Engineering, Thandalam, Chennai. He eloquently elaborated on Teaching Literature, Conventional Teaching of Literature, Transition & Transfiguration, flip class Methods,
Experiential Teaching and Learning .The presentation was well received by the participants. The session was interactive and informative. The event concluded with a feedback and review session. His expertise and passion captivated our audience and leaving a lasting impression on all who attended.We are confident that valuable information and insights gained from his lecture will continue to benefit our faculty members.
