The faculty of law has organised the 66th of 75 special Lecture series on “LEGAL ASPECTS OF HEALTH INSURANCE IN INDIA” on 30th July 2024, from 10:00am to 12:00 pm at the Phase 2 campus, DR.MGRERI. The Chief speaker of the day was Ms.Keerthana, Assistant Manager -Legal, Star Health & Allied Insurance Company Limited. The speaker discussed about the Utmost Good Faith, Proximate Cause, Insurable Interest, Indemnity, Subrogation, Contribution and Loss Minimization. The author also elaborated on the data and statistics to predict levels of risk for various individuals or groups.
