Highlights of the amendments of CRPC to BNSS

The faculty of law has organised the 67th of 75 special Lecture series on “Highlights of the amendments of CRPC to BNSS” on 30th July 2024, from 11:30 am to 01:30 pm at the Phase 2 campus, DR.MGRERI. The Chief speaker of the day was Mrs V.N. Rosline , Assistant Professor, Veltech school of law. The speaker discussed about highlights of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita. The author also elaborated the mandate for forensic investigation for offences punishable with seven years of imprisonment or more and the in-absentia trial of proclaimed offenders. The session was organised by Mr. S. Ahamed Kabeer and Mrs. R. Jeevitha. The event was Convened by Mrs AR. Vijayalakshmi and Mrs.R. Shalini. Sincere thanks to our Director Prof. Dr .N.
