The faculty of law has organised the 65th of 75 special Lecture series on “E. COURT FILING PRACTICE AND PROCEDURES : A BOON OR BANE” on 29th July 2024, from 11:30 am to 01:30 pm at the Phase 2 campus, DR.MGRERI. The Chief speaker of the day was Dr. K.Kannan, Faculty of Law, Tamilnadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University. The speaker discussed about the written statements, Counter affidavits. The speaker discussed the benefits of the e-filling system . The author also elaborated the basic principal of drafting of a plaint, written statement; petition and affidavit.
The author addressed Fundamental rules of pleadings, including plaint structure and description of parties, Application for setting aside ex-part decree. The session was organised by Ms. S. Ishwarya and Ms. L. Ranjitha. The event was Convened by Mrs AR. Vijayalakshmi and Mrs.R. Shalini. Sincere thanks to our Director Prof. Dr .N.
