Pongal celebration at Thai Moogambigai Dental college and Hospital was conducted on the 9th of January 2024.
The occasion was graced by our Honourable President sir , Honourable Secretary sir , Vice Chancellor madam ,Registrar sir and Dignitaries from the management.
The event began with silambu aatam from the students followed by group dance by 1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th year Undergraduate students and the group dance by the Interns(organizing batch).
This was followed by the results of the lucky draw, an amazing gesture by the management
We would like to thank our Honourable Chairman sir , our Honourable President sir and our Honourable Secretary sir for such an encouragement to all the teaching, non teaching, attenders and the maintenance staff. Our heartfelt gratitude to them for their constant encouragement and support.
In addition to this, the senior faculty members who completed more than 10 years of service also participated in a special lucky draw.
The event continued with our Honourable President sir, our Honourable Secretary sir, our Vice Chancellor madam lighting the main Pongal pot. Our Honourable Secretary sir also took part in the uriadithal event marking the beginning of all the Pongal Veera vilayaadal
