Special lecture on the topic “THE GENERAL PRINCIPLES ON TRANSFER OF PROPERTY ACT” on 20th March 2024 from 11:00 to 1.30pm. The speaker of the session was Mrs. A. Suganthini, Assistant Professor, Vels School of law. The speaker briefly discussed about the general provisions of the Transfer of property Act. The speaker also elaborated on constructive notice, specs successionis. Insights of the property rights of the unborn child and the property rights of women were also discussed by the speaker.
