MGR IGEN ENSAVCLUB organized an ISR event titled as ”Clean & Green –EnergyConservation Awareness Program” on 23rd February 2024 from 10:00am-03:00pm at Goverment Boys Higher Secondary School,Ayappakam.
The Event Clean and Green commenced with a warm welcome address by Mr. Matcha Vijay Kumar, setting the tone for an enlightening and engaging gathering. Ms.K. Anitha –Convener of MGR IGEN ENSAVCLUB introduced about the Ensav Club a Activities , providing students with valuable insights of it’s objectives. Dr.B.Suchithra Events-Dean felicitated the Gathering with her thoughts .Followed by which Dr. Preetha Mary George captivated the audience with her speech about waste management awareness, highlighting the importance of responsible waste disposal and recycling practices.
Following this, Ms. C. Nithya delivered an inspiring Green9 Ensav Mantra, emphasizing the crucial role in saving One Unit Per day . Ms. Padmapriya then facilitated a connection game, fostering interaction and networking among participants.
The event continued with a thought-provoking speech on Renewable and Non-Renewable resources by Thoufiq Ayub Khan and it’s impact to the Environment . Shivathmika hosted an engaging quiz session, challenging attendees’ knowledge on environmental sustainability and sparking lively discussions.
The highlight of the event was the campus cleaning activity, where students of Ensav Club actively participated in restoring and maintaining the cleanliness of their surroundings.
