The Faculty of Law organized a SEMINAR on the topic “YOUTH AWARENESS AND CAREER OPPURTUNITIES IN THE CO-OPERATIVE MANAGEMENT SECTOR” on the 27th of march 2024 from 10.00 AM to 12:30 PM.
The seminar was delivered by our esteemed chief guest SREE. G SURESH. He is the director of National council for cooperative training-NCCT, New delhi ministry of coopertation, government of India at Natesan institute of Cooperative Management, Chennai, Served in various unit of NCCT-Madurai, Thiruvananthapuram.
The chief guest had started the session with his explanations and introductions to the co-operative sectors gave a window to the students to peek into the world of management in cooperative sector. He had brought in his own slides to give the students a visual learning experience. He took a detailed history about the introduction to the co-operative sector in India. He then briefed over the facts in what co-operative unions are and how they impact our society. It was indeed a great new perspective on co-operative management can create more opportunities. With precise explanations and clear understanding on the subject matter the seminar was useful in many ways. Along with insight on the co-operative management our chief guest had also made sure to give us an idea of the career opportunities in the co-operative management sector.With respect to career opportunities Suresh sir had also stressed on the importance of government jobs with reference to the co-operative management.
The session was attended by 250 students and the members of the FOL along with executives of the FOL.
