Online Seminar on “Mathematical modeling in image processing”

We are happy to share the report of the Online seminar organized by the Department of Mathematics titled “Mathematical modeling in image processing” held on 23/4/2024. The Event was started at 2 pm and welcome address was given by the Head of the Department, Dr.T.Johnson. The Introduction of the Guest Speaker Dr.S.Jagatheswari, Assistant Professor (Sr.G), Department of Mathematics, Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore was given by Ms.Priyadharshini, Research Scholar, Dept. of Mathematics. In her talk, she explained how the Mathematical model had been applied in image processing and also in other various applications. The session was very interesting and gave a deep insight into the subject. At the end of the talk, the questions raised by the Participants were answered by the speaker. Vote of thanks was given by the event coordinator, Dr. K.Kaleeswari, Asso.Professor, Dept. of Mathematics.
