Two Day National Symposium VASITA’24 organised by FoE through virtual platform on 4th & 5th March, 2024. The event instigated with a warm welcome address by the Principal. The special address given by Dr.V.Radhika, Addl.Registrar,Phase II campus, Dr.M.G.R ERI. The felicitation address was given by Dr.A.R.Arunachalam, Dean- Academics,Phase II Campus. The inaugural address was given by the chief guest Dr.Anita Raman, Vice Principal & Dean Academic , Anna Adarsh College for women, Annanagar. She encouraged the active participation of different college students from attendees and expressed her hope that the symposium will lead to meaningful insight .

Day 1: Session 1-Talent Show started and participants from various colleges performed well. The Judge Dr.P.S.Prathibha, Addl. Dean, HMCT selected winners among the participants.
Session 2- Quiz Competition
The session was conducted through a quiz app. Three rounds were conducted. The participants were actively given their response. Winners were selected among the participants.

Day 2 – Session 3- Paper Presentation
The session was judged by Dr.R.Jayam, HOD, Faculty of HRM, Dr.MGR ERI. She selected the winners among the participants.
Session 4 – Best Out of Waste was conducted and winners were selected among the participants. All the participants from different colleges proved their talent by using waste materials.
Overall we have got 98 participants who participated with full spirit.

Valedictory session started with welcome address followed by Two Day National Symposium VASITA’24 report was read by a faculty. Positive feedbacks were given by various college students. The valedictory session chief guest was Dr. K.VASANTHI, Deputy Dean, Academic Staff college, Dr.MGR ERI, who delivered the valedictory address. She expressed her gratitude to the participants for their remarkable talent and emphasized the significance of connectivity among people. The winners were awarded with merit certificates by the management. The session was ended with vote of thanks followed by National Anthem.

The faculty is pleased to express its gratitude to our honorable president for the opportunity to organize the event that set a positive attitude in the minds of the aspiring teachers. Finally a heartfelt gratitude to all the executives for their constant encouragement.
