We are delighted to share the report of the FIVE DAY INTERNATIONAL ONLINE FACULTY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME (Day 3) on ‘OUTCOME BASED EDUCATION’ which was organized by Tamil Nadu Teachers Education University in association with Dr. MGR Educational and Research Institute, Faculty of Education and Academic Staff College on 7th June, 2023.
The session 5 was chaired by Dr.Seema Gopinath, Assistant Professor, Department of Education, Central University of Rajasthan, Rajasthan on the topic “Mapping of COs(Course Outcome), PEOs(Program Educational Objective) to POs(Program Outcome) “with nearly 443 participants in zoom meet and 420 participants through YouTube link. She highlighted POs need with example for POs and PSO, Course Outcome with example, Relating the outcomes, Performing CO mapping with PO and PSO. The session ended with vote of thanks.
The session 6 was chaired by Dr. Rana Prathap Singh, Assistant Professor, Sido Kanhu Murmu University, Jharkhand on the topic “Assessment Technique for the attainment of COs and POs” with nearly 450 participants in zoom link and 389 participants via youtube link. He highlighted the Assessment of Content analysis, Direct, Indirect Assessment, Course Embedded Assessment,Attainment level of Continuous Course Outcome and to identify Program Learning Outcome. The topic discussed will be of great benefit to the participants for their academics. The session ended with vote of thanks. We express our deep gratitude to our Honorable President, Er. A.C.S.
